Located in scenic Kirksville, Missouri, St. Andrew’s Apartments on the Kirksville senior housing campus offer retirement market rate and low-income-based retirement home apartments on a dynamic campus where activities, amenities, and services are readily available. The Kirksville Community Center offers lovely surroundings, public dining, and private dining areas. Good neighbors include a skilled nursing facility and Northeast Regional Medical Center.

Bill Holman
PRESIDENT & CEO
St. Andrew’s expert staff is led by President/CEO Bill Holman, who has held executive leadership positions in Senior Living organizations for more than twenty years, most recently as CEO of Ginger Cove life care community in Annapolis, MD. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds BS degrees in Finance and Accounting and an MS degree in Management in Aging Services.
Joseph Girardi
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As CFO, Joseph Girardi manages all financial functions of the organization with accountability for financial, internal control, and risk exposure matters. He has over 40 years of Fortune 50 and not-for-profit senior living experience. He is a Certified Management Accountant, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds an MBA in Finance and Operations, along with a BS in Accounting.
Susan Leonard
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
As Chief Information Officer, Susan is the principal technology leader with an ongoing commitment to support and promote the strategic direction through innovation, integration, and transformation. Susan has been a member of the STARSS team since 2014. Her leadership assignments have included technology infrastructure as well as data and information management. Prior to STARSS, Susan served as a Solutions Architect designing and implementing technical solutions.
Janet Leigh
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Janet began her career at St. Andrew’s in March 2022 after an extensive career in non-profit fundraising. Janet says, “I am honored to be part of the St. Andrew’s family helping our seniors in need throughout our community. Supporting our mission and providing care for seniors who once cared for us warms my heart.”

LPN

We are located in Eureka, Mo just 10 minutes from Highway 270 or 15 minutes from Highway 40 in West St Louis County. Ask about our $2000 Nursing Referral Program! Refer a CNA/CMT or a Nurse and you get $2000 and they get $2000! The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care and supervising the CNA and CMT positions as necessary in maintaining the well-being of the resident to enhance the quality of life for each resident. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for total nursing care, health needs and well being of residents. Interpret policies and procedures to staff, residents, families, visitors and physicians to ensure compliance to these policies. Facilitate and assist with physician visits. Identify emergency situations and initiate appropriate life saving measures. Follow procedures for admission, transfer and discharge of residents within community. Maintain accurate records of nursing care provided via EMR/PCC. Supervise CNAs and CMTs as necessary in resident care. Qualifications: LPN Licensed in Missouri Experience in Long Term Care preferred Memory Care experience a plus Computer skills Compassion for Seniors Good communication skills Shifts available days, evenings and nights.

We have fulltime/part time/weekends shifts available with shift differential for evenings and nights. The CNA supports the health needs and activities of daily living of the residents and assists in maintaining the well-being of the resident to enhance the quality of life for each resident every day. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents including ADL's (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and oral hygiene) Assist with ambulating or transferring residents to and from daily functions Perform basic nursing skills at direction of charge nurse (vital signs, weight, I&O's, etc.) Qualifications: CNA certified in Missouri Experience in Long Term Care preferred Memory Care experience a plus Compassion for Seniors Basic computer skills Shifts available, days, evenings and nights.
